Good Questions

Everything you need to know before your first visit.

Visiting

When do you open?

We're targeting November 2026. Join the opening list on our homepage and you'll be the first to know the exact date.

Do I need to book, or can I walk in?

Walk-ins are always welcome. Around half our tables are kept for walk-ins. Booking guarantees a table, which we recommend for Friday and Saturday nights.

Is there an age limit?

All ages are welcome at VVIP. The bar area is 19+, and valid government photo ID is required.

Is there a dress code?

Come as you are. We just ask for closed-toe shoes at the tables.

Where do I park?

Free street parking is available nearby, plus a municipal lot around the corner.

Pool

What can I play?

We have 10 pool tables, 3 snooker tables and 3 ping pong tables.

How much are tables?

Tables are charged by the hour, per table (up to 6 players). See the Pool page for current rates.

Can I bring my own cue?

Absolutely. Personal cues are welcome. We also have quality house cues and premium rentals at the bar.

I've never played. Is that OK?

Definitely. We run beginner nights, and our staff are always happy to explain the basics.

How do leagues work?

Teams of 3–5 players play weekly matches across a 10-week season, with handicaps to keep it fair. Register interest on the Contact page.

Food, drink & events

Do you serve food?

Yes. A full kitchen doing pub classics, sharing boards and late-night snacks. Vegetarian and vegan options available.

Can you handle allergies?

Please tell your server about any allergies. We'll do our best to accommodate, but our kitchen handles common allergens.

Can I book a private event?

Yes, from reserved tables to full venue buyouts. Send an enquiry on the Book page.

Do you show live sport?

Yes, on multiple screens throughout the venue, with sound on for the big games.

Accessibility

Is VVIP accessible?
